Booking & payment

Consultations are booked and paid online through this website. Payment confirms your order; you then choose a session time from the calendar. Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice by replying to your confirmation email or messaging us on WhatsApp. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are refunded in full. Multi-session packages are refundable for any unused sessions on a pro-rated basis within 60 days of purchase.

Nature of the service

Rich Prince Consultation provides strategic advice, networking and introductions. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; no specific business result is guaranteed.
